Max is an energetic, loving 3 year old Lab/Shepherd/Newfoundland mix. He is somewhat potty trained but not fully. When he gets really excited he will pee a little bit inside. When he came to us he really didnt know what a collar or leash was, so we have been slowly working on his leash manners along with his basic commands. He is a very smart dog and catches on quickly. When you are around him he just wants to sit next to you and get as much attention as you can give him. He is very playful with other dogs and just wants to romp around the yard with him. However, because of his size he can scare some dogs with his high energy and playfulness. He seems to like pretty much everyone that comes into the shelter and greets them with a smile.
