Top real estate team in seattle is seeking candidates for the Showing Assistant role
*We generate the lead, you follow-up, set the appointment, show/sell the house, and we take care of the paperwork contract to close.
*Must have a current Washington real estate license, membership with the MLS, a Supra key, dependable car, valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.
*Ability to organize, track and follow-up with leads is a must. Must be able to be in the office every morning for 2-3 hours of lead follow-up time. Must be willing to be held accountable for a minimum of 2 transactions in escrow per month.
*Must have great communication skills, be driven, motivated and a self-starter. Must be willing to work Weekends.
