My name is Matt and I am new to the area and I am looking for someone that already has a place of their own with a room for rent in the Seattle (shoeline, greenwood, wallingford/greenlake//bell town/ballard/capital hill/lake city/northgate/greenwood/shoreline/or the UW) area where I work!
I am looking to spend $450 to $500 a month - $650 if that include utilities
About me: I just moved to the Seattle area from Las Vegas
I plan to start a non profit (DJ/Production) program for teens.
I work full time during the week at a MMJ Dispensary in Shoreline & Fremont as my 9-5s, and side gigs djing around town once or twice a month keeps me busy every month.
I am a responsible, reliable, respectful, openminded, positive, funny, empowering person that is looking for a peaceful, and friendly place I can call home in a positive envolmemtt with roomies that are the same I'm the type of roommate that will give you your space, and I don't make a lot of noise even tho I'm a dj I still know how to keep quiet when people are resting, or just want to relax.
I do clean after myself, and have no prob doing more from time to time because DUH I live there too =) I don't smoke cigarettes, or do any drugs or involved in any criminal activities, just a chill, laid back person who is ready to settle in this wonderful city.
I am looking to move in September and is willing to pay the first month down by the 2nd of September
