Add in utilities / deposits etc to move into a similar rental and you would be looking at $5K out of pocket by the time you have everything turned on and 1st / last / damage deposit / credit checks etc. You can rent share - move into this home for ALOT less.

This is a great home and I am a pretty chill middle aged and active guy - be advised this is NOT a party house. This is currently a single occupant home - home owner is self employed and I am home during most week days.
