Hello future roomate/s! I am a 29 year old creative professional who is here to work for a study which will last till the end of September/early October. I am looking for a short term sublet. If my work ends early, I will stay until the end of that respective month, and also give 30-60 days notice. Although I am a pro at public transportation, I would like to live Downtown/Capitol Hill so that I may walk to work (downtown). I do NOT require much space at all. I need a nice clean room, preferably furnished, with decent light. I'll need a desk in the room. If that is not furnished, I will bring one in myself. I'll need access to the kitchen and bathroom. A decent internet connection is required. I am looking for clean and respectful room mates, preferably those in my age group (25-35). I am not obsessive about clutter, but I am adamant about cleanliness (ie; dishes are done, trash is taken out, bathroom is cleaned). I am by nature, extroverted, so I am very friendly and can get along with just about anyone. I do NOT have a preference for male or female room mates, but let it be known that I am very happily married and will not tolerate inappropriate behavior directed towards me. I am also professional; this is a temporary arrangement, so I am here to work. About my work: I work a 9-5 in an office doing both scientific research and animation, and I am a freelance artist at night. I work nearly every day of the week. If you're looking for someone social and involved, let it be known that my interaction with you will vary based on my workload. I promise, I'm a great roomate. I've lived in SF for 9 years, which means that I have had roomates for 9 years as well. Very experienced. :)
