Greetings, My partner and I are looking for a room, or apartment, to rent. The goal is for 550 + sq. ft. - 900 sq. ft., with utilities, parking for one car, solid location. We've lived on the ground floor before, so that isn't a deal-breaker, but it would be nice to live "upstairs" or on a Second, or more, floor. Views are always a plus, but we get out and about, so that isn't much of a worry. High Voltage power lines, and sewage facilities, as you probably would guess, are something we would rather avoid. We don't come with kids, or pets, and even have a penchant for good wine, food, and conversation. We work in West Seattle, Seattle, respectively, so the hope is to find a nice spot, that has a wonderful community feel, is safe to live. Danielle and I have lived in the Seattle area now going on 2+ years, originally relocated from close knit, safe, community oriented Norther New England, where we grew up.
