I am 31 years old, a Caucasian male, very easy to get along with, very clean and organized, tolerant, mellow, and have no violent or disruptive behaviors or past.  I am not allergic to anything, I am animal-friendly, and I like music, I play the piano, drums (I don't own a set now though), and have a solid plan/timeline to find a job as soon as possible while attending school to obtain an MBA eventually.  I am divorced and starting over financially, and California is just too expensive.  So I've made the decision to move to Kirkland.  I have been there before to visit friends, and I loved it as well as the people.  My parents are affluent and will be funding my expenses until I find work and can support myself (for which I'm grateful) so you wouldn't have to worry about my end of the rent. By the way, I do not own a car, as my ex wife has legally gotten pretty much everything I had and I am really looking for somebody to be a decent person/people and help me out as I am starting over and having a rough time (on my own, financially).  However I am extremely optimistic, and a very pleasant person to be around.  I would even be willing to sign something saying that if you are not pleased with my conduct, I will leave at anytime.  That's how confident I am in my the ability to get along with others, and my standard for neat, clean, tolerant living...but as I was saying, I do not have a car. However, I will not be asking for rides. I am independent and will be taking the bus to get around until I get a car. I have built my life before (in over-the-top-expensive California) and I will do it again, so please understand my situation as it is not easy for me to be so dependent on my folks at this age.
