I'm renting out a room in a house that is on the edge of Bellevue and Redmond. The house is pretty big. We've got a living room with a TV and Xbox One, a family room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and a fenced in yards with a grill. We also have a biweekly maid service come through to clean as well as a yard maintenance company. My roommate and I are both full time employees with Microsoft in our twenties. We're pretty easy going and friendly, clean, and respectful. I've got a dog who is very friendly, but won't bother you if you don't like dogs. We don't have too many rules other than that you clean up after yourself, no smoking or drugs, drinking and having people over is totally cool as long as noise isn't going to annoy neighbors or sleeping roommates. We are looking for 2 roommates, as we have a 4 bedroom house we are renting. Ideally, we would like a 4 or 8 month lease, but are negotiable on that. We are also leaving the rent price up to discussion, based on number of months staying as well as if you want utilities separate or included. Additionally, if you'd like your room furnished, we can also work something out. Please let me know if you're looking for a place to stay, and I'm sure we can work something out.
