I have a private room available in my house, located on the border between Magnolia and Interbay neighborhoods in Seattle. On the 31 & 33 bus lines, which gives you quick access to downtown and the University District. You would be sharing the house with me, the owner, in a room next to mine. Private bath with shower (no tub) next to room. No closet in the room, but plenty of closet space in the hallway right next to the bathroom. The house is a lovely xxxx farmhouse-style building, already furnished. Rental room has a single bed and dresser, which you could use or not, as you need. Parking spot in back, but there is always street parking, too. Price of rent includes all utilities; you wouldn't have to sign onto anything. Has all the things you would expect a house to have: full kitchen with everything necessary, WiFi, washer/dryer, basic cable, etc.
