Looking to share a 1-bedroom apartment through May xxxx. Application: you MUST fill out a DABCO application form and submit it. I can you the forms. The application has a $25 fee. If not approved, then I can add you on as a guest. From there, you would sign agreement documents and you can then move in. Moving in: there is an initial $200 new occupant fee. After those 2 fees, you only have to pay monthly rent. Rent/fees: Overall $350/month. $278 rent, $15 WiFi, and $57 electricity. Electricity may not be that expensive monthly, but that is the highest it could be. Summary of fees: $350 rent/utilities, $25 application, $200 new occupant Living: you must be comfortable with sharing a tight living space in the bedroom, as the beds will take up the entire space. I will need the measurements of your bed to make sure it will fit. Only a full-size or twin-size will fit. Aside from that, there is plenty of space. The apartment is fully furnished. I have a couch and TV in the living room, and an elliptical machine. What to bring: just your own bed (or get one when you get here) and your personal items. Rules you should be aware of: no pets, no smoking, no drugs. Also the complex has a rule that we must be quiet (as in no loud music or parties) after 11 pm. That is nice as there are rarely any disturbances late at night. Safety: the complex has a good rep regarding safety. Cop cars check on the complex regularly. There are no alarms (aside from smoke alarms) or door chains. But there haven't been any burglary or break-in incidences in a really long time.
