In order to offer you a safe, quiet living environment, we allow:
NO DRUGS/EXCESSIVE DRINKING/INSIDE SMOKING/VAPORING of anything inside the house. We do have a nice gazebo however, for you to relax and smoke cigarettes in.
We are unable to accept pets.
We are close to South Center Mall, Seattle Community College, The Art Institute of Design & Technology and the Cordon Bleu School so this would be ideal for a working student.
We are located RIGHT on the borders of Sea-Tac, Tukwila, Burien and Boulevard Park and we are only a few houses down from the #128 bus stop (South Center) and the Cascade Recovery Center.
The Sea-Tac Light Rail Park-N-Ride is approximately 3-4 miles from the house with the I-5, 405 & 509 are close by as well.
This is month to month so there is no lease required.
