Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. My homey apartment is located between Factoria and Downtown Bellevue and is walking distance from a park, perfect for walking a dog or going for a jog. The apartment is xxxx square feet and I currently reside in the "master" bedroom, meaning I have my own bathroom and the shared bathroom will be primarily for your use. :) Your room is not furnished (the bed in the picture can be left if you want/need it) and has its own heat circuit, which is nice. There is a washer/dryer/dishwasher in the apartment, which is a great time saver. Monthly utilities are AUM/ Pacific Power/ Comcast (I don't have cable right now, but if that is something you need/want we could work something out).
