Preferably carpeted with a closet. I would bring all my own furnishings for the room. No bed (I sleep comfortably in a nice recliner.) Enough room to place a few file cabinets and DVD/VHS cabinets. Hoping to set up my computer (for making Internet Sales.) **I am willing to pay extra for my share of any Internet access. Also enough room for my HDTV (no cable or Satellite connection... I only need it for playing DVD's & VHS tapes.) And my Recliner of course, instead of a bed, so the room does not need to be big, just not too small either.
